Weather & Course Conditions
- Play may be delayed due to frost, snow, or standing water until conditions clear.
- The Golf Shop may combine singles, twosomes, and threesomes to maintain pace of play.
- Lightning: Seek shelter immediately.
Tee Time & Rate Information
- All tee times are booked online through the GolfNow portal.
- Same-day reservations can be made by phone or walk-in.
- A current Ballwin Resident ID must be presented at check-in to receive resident rates.
- Resident IDs must be updated annually. Seniors turning 62 must update their ID to receive the senior rate.
Course Rules
- Spectators will be changed a spectator fee.
- No fivesomes unless approved by Golf Course Manager.
- Each golfer must have their own bag and clubs; club sharing is not permitted.
- Golfers under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- Proper golf attire is required. No tank tops, muscle shirts, or metal spikes. Soft spikes or flat-soled athletic shoes only.
- Outside beverages are not permitted. Beverages must be purchased through the Golf Shop.
- Follow all golf cart signage and rules.
- Follow USGA Rules of Golf and course etiquette.
- Golfers are responsible for damage they cause to people or property.
- Failure to follow course rules may result in removal from the course.
Course Etiquette
- Keep up with the group in front of you.
- Do not hit until the group ahead is at a safe distance.
- Yell “FORE!” when your shot may endanger another person.
- Repair ball marks and replace divots on greens.
- Rake bunkers after use.
- Dispose of trash properly.
- Maintain your position on the course and avoid unnecessary delays.
Pace of Play
Target round time: 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Players are expected to maintain their position behind the group ahead. If a group falls significantly behind, Player Assistants may provide reminders and assistance. Groups that cannot regain position may be asked to skip shots/holes, accept a rain check, or restart behind the group ahead.
Play ready golf: Be prepared to hit when it is safe, limit time spent searching for balls, plan your shot in advance, and move promptly to your next shot.
