Maria is an award-winning golf instructor and accomplished player with over 32 years of teaching experience. She has been named LPGA Midwest Teacher of the Year six times and a Top 50 LPGA Teacher from 2008–present, along with recognition from Golf Digest as a Top 10 Teacher in Illinois and Top 5 Teacher in Missouri and from Golf Magazine as a Top Teacher in the Midwest. Her playing accomplishments include the 1993 Missouri State Amateur Championship, 1992 and 1993 St. Louis District Championships, 1987 Missouri State High School Championship, 2002 Illinois Open, and 1999 LPGA Midwest Section Championship, as well as appearances in professional tour events, including a major championship. Maria’s determined and approachable teaching style helps golfers of all skill levels improve and achieve their goals.
