Reservations
Regular tee time reservations at Ballwin Golf Course must be made online through ballwingolfcourse.com. Phone reservations are only accepted for same-day tee times.
Tee times may be booked from the day of your search up to 14 days in advance. A credit card is required to secure the reservation but will only be charged for a no-show or late cancellation. Payment for the round is made in person at the pro shop before your tee time.
Reservations may be canceled by calling the golf shop at 636-227-1750 or through the Reservations tab in your GolfNow account.
Walk-Ons & Same-Day Reservations
Unreserved tee times are available on a first-come, first-served basis or as same-day reservations.
Cancellations & No-Show Fees
To avoid a no-show fee, regular reservations must be canceled at least 4 business hours before the scheduled tee time. Business hours vary seasonally and by day; current hours are available at ballwingolfcourse.com.
A no-show occurs when an individual, group, or portion of a group fails to arrive for a reserved tee time without canceling within the required timeframe.
Ballwin Golf Course depends on tee time revenue to help keep green fees affordable. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. When possible, we encourage golfers to cancel 24 hours or more in advance.
